• 30 or more days prior to the date of arrival of the customer, then the deposit will be returned to the customer (any costs will be borne by the customer).
• 29 to 15 days prior to the date of arrival of the customer, then 50% of the deposit will be refunded (any costs charged to the customer).
• 14 or less days prior to the arrival date of the customer, then no amount of the deposit is returned to the customer
